Host Cancellations: If a host cancels, the guest will receive a full refund. Hosts may face penalties for cancellations.
Hosts are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their property. Easy Room Services does not provide insurance for either hosts or guests.
Platform Liability: Easy Room Services acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for the conduct of hosts or guests.
Limitation of Liability: Easy Room Services is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use.
In case of a dispute between host and guest, both parties should attempt to resolve the issue amicably. Easy Room Services may assist in mediation but is not obligated to intervene or provide a resolution.
Easy Room Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access to the platform at its sole discretion, especially in cases of violation of these Terms and Conditions.
